From April 22nd to 24th, the highly anticipated 23rd Taiyuan Coal (Energy) Industry Technology and Equipment Exhibition was held. At the exhibition, Hengda Jianghai showcased its independently developed next-generation intelligent drainage system, featuring adaptive, all-condition, and multiphase flow capabilities. This system integrates intelligent submersible pumps and intelligent drainage control systems, a ZNZK five-in-one intelligent large-scale electric pump control device, a DCS distributed control system, and a complex control system for multiphase flow kilometer-deep mines. Prioritizing the safe and reliable operation of the electric pump units while considering economic efficiency and environmental friendliness, it boasts five major functions: variable frequency soft start/stop, variable frequency optimization control, unit health monitoring and fault diagnosis, intelligent unit control and protection, and smart pump station with digital twin sensing and control. Its drainage sand depth exceeds 1000m, with a concentration exceeding 50%, and its motor power exceeds 5000kW. It has been successfully applied to two of the company's landmark projects: the Huaibei Xinhu kilometer-deep mine emergency recovery and restoration project and the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Group Luanshya copper mine drainage and restoration project in Zambia, setting a new benchmark for global mining engineering development!
