Hengda Jianghai is the former State Ministry of Machinery Industry submersible motor and electric pump designated production plant, is China's large-scale submersible motor and electric pump technology origin, representing China's large and medium-sized submersible motors, electric pumps, the history of development and technical level, with a full range of submersible electric pump unit real machine test capacity.

Hengda Jianghai is a national manufacturing industrial single-item champion enterprise, a national key specialties and new "small giants" enterprise, a national green factory, a national technology innovation demonstration enterprise and a high-tech enterprise. There is a national post-doctoral research station and a large submersible electric pumps and equipment key laboratory in Anhui Province.
