New Journey, New Chapter | Anhui Hengda Automation Group Holds Grand 2026 Strategic Deployment and Signing Ceremony

On December 31, 2025, Anhui Hengda Automation Group solemnly held the 2026 Management Appointment and Target Responsibility Agreement Signing Ceremony in the Group's conference hall. Approximately 110 attendees, including mid-level and above managers from the Group and its subsidiaries as well as reserve talents, gathered to witness the deployment and implementation of the strategic objectives for the new year.
The meeting sequentially announced the 2026 management appointment documents for the Group and its subsidiaries, clarifying the organizational structure and management objectives. During the signing session, Zhu Tianxiang, President of the Group, signed target responsibility agreements respectively with Zhou Yantao, President of Hengda Jianghai; Wang Bing, Executive President of Hefei Headquarters; Wei Qingjun, General Manager of Hengji Shuibin; and Xu Chuansheng, Executive General Manager of Huaxiang Food. Wei Qingjun, General Manager of Hengji Shuibin, and Wang Bing, Executive President of Hengda Jianghai, delivered statements of commitment respectively.
In his address, Zhu Tianxiang, President of the Group, stated: "In the new year, we must accelerate the cultivation of a new generation of talent, enabling more young professionals to stand out in key positions and fostering a reasonable talent echelon of 'veterans, mid-career experts, and young talents,' ensuring the continuous passing of the torch. We must steadfastly advance the 'Four Modernizations' strategy, using the Shanghai International Company as a strategic foothold to deepen our presence in Africa and expand globally, paving the way for 'China-made pumps' to reach the world. We must continue to strengthen our technological foundation, optimize our product matrix, and strive relentlessly toward the vision of 'becoming a global leader in large-scale submersible pumps.'"
In his speech, Zhu Qinglong, Chairman of the Group, reviewed the major events of 2025 and affirmed the performance achieved during the year. He emphasized that the target responsibility system serves as a crucial guarantee for the Group's high-quality development. He expressed hope that all management personnel would take this signing as a new starting point, focus on the core business, demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, and lead their teams to jointly write a new chapter for 2026.
